TMA Global Consultancy are pleased and proud to announce the opening of our new branch in Johannesburg, South Africa, we have had a strong partnership with South Africa for many years and along with our trusted partner NNS Consulting, have successfully opened TMA Global Consultancy South Africa.
We are pleased to introduce to you, our newest Director, Neeroshni Ismail who will be heading up the South Africa Branch.
Neeroshni has over 25 years’ experience in both the private and public sector in areas of corporate strategy, finance, operations management, business development and project management.
She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Rail Operations Management from the University of Glasgow, with a study paper specifically on supervisory competence in a railway environment, complemented with a proven track record in the transport arena where she successfully headed financial units within a large organisation and successfully implemented operational turnaround strategies.
Neeroshni was Head of Strategy at a leading Black Industrialist Company and the first 100% owned black Engineering subsidiary where she led and developed a turnaround strategy for the company from a steel fabricator to providing diversified value adding engineering solutions in steel and manufacturing.
Utilising her capability, she transitioned from the formal sector to an entrepreneur and founder of NNS Consulting specialising in management advisory services and project management. International Railway exposure ranges from engagements with industry leaders at Innotrans, international rail trade fair in Berlin, to business consultation with the Chinese Railways in X’ian, China.
This appointment will not only reinforce the presence of TMA and the services we can provide in South Africa and the African continent, but also widens the scope of services that TMA can offer to its international clients with the skills the Neeroshni brings.
